On Monday, Facebook has launched Offline Conversion solution to help advertisers create better lead ads and improve customer acquisition.
With Offline Conversion, Facebook allows businesses to connect their CRM, point of sale (POS) or call center systems to their Facebook ad campaigns.
According to Facebook, with the help of this tool “marketers get attribution and insight they need to understand the non-digital outcomes of any Facebook campaign, including which lead ads are more effective at driving real business results”.
With this solution, Facebook advertisers can establish direct connection between ads and results, create campaigns based on offline success and gain insights to create better ad campaigns.
