James Burt’s latest ‘e-Wealth Daily’ article:
If you are one of those who are very well educated in the ways of modern laws, but are stuck in a career you are not happy with, your success as an info marketer is just beginning. Someone who is certified in knowledge of current legal practices is always looked upon as an information guru.
Obviously, to be a law-savvy info marketer, you have to have some background on the subject. Knowledge that is strong and itself within the law is key. It’s important to recognize that you
are not a lawyer taking on clients to represent in court — you’re more of a public advisor who can dispense bits of information that can help the public. Here are some common legal areas
that you can provide that useful info on:
— Tickets and Fines: No doubt you’ve seen those commercials on late-night TV, advertising a firm of former police and legal pros who can get you out of an incurred fine. They often look
smart, but even if clients do see success from these folks’ help, their fees are likely twice whatever the fine was. In the end, the public has enough of these huckster types promising the world and delivering anything but. What the public needs is real info on the subject: what fine charges, point losses, and legal consequences come with whatever public penalties they might
encounter in life. The area of tickets and fines are common in society and people need to have info on how to deal with them.
— Divorce: It’s kind of odd and ironic that something as great as marriage can end with so much legal trouble. Of course, knowledge of that legal stuff is very important if your marriage falters. I would hope that this never happens to anyone reading this. Yet, if it were to happen, I would hope that there would be a good law-based info marketer who could provide some decent information on alimony, child support, asset division, and all of the other tough areas of divorce. This person might be you and, if so, you stand to do very well providing the public with legal tips and info that can help them through a tough time in their life.
— Copyrights: This might apply to you. As an info marketer, you might have some experience trade-marking your material to avoid it being stolen or copied. With the proliferation of the Internet, digital, and print media, copyrighting intellectual and business-related material has never been more crucial. But what new laws exist for this in the digital area? How do you go
about trade-marking your materials legally? Is there a royalty system for people who want to use your material? What happens if you are accused of stealing someone’s material but
did not? There are so many questions here and thus good info is vital for so many people who want to copyright their materials these days.
— Consultation: If you flip to the business section of your daily newspaper, you might see legal pros giving advice on immigration, bankruptcy, and international business transactions. People look to them for help, advice and information. This is essentially what a legal info marketer does
and there are loads of areas to consult on. If you are a legal pro with an area of expertise, you hold a special gold key to the public’s needs. That key can open chest after chest of success.
Get going on some regular newsletters on whatever you are legally versed in.
As a final note, I should mention that you don’t always have to be a courtroom-grade legal pro to use any of the above topics in your info marketing business. Provided you have some
trench-like experience in those subjects, you help others with their legal woes with some good advice. In the end, it’s your tips and experience that count. They are the foundation of what make legal info marketing crucial to life today.
