As many of you know it seemed like nothing was going right on our servers yesterday – delayed launch and then frozen servers, crashed databases… just a pure mess.

We wanted a chance to explain what happened and how we were the victims of foul play.

Well, later in the day after relentless investigation, we discovered that we were the victims of a “server attack” or what they call a DOS attack.

We’re not telling you this to make excuses, but only offering an explanation – there really was nothing we could do (not immediately at least).
