Problem with 1shoppingcart Affiliate Module – Delayed Traffic Geyser Commission
Frank, Michael & Rocket of Traffic Geyser have issued a statement regarding ‘Delayed Traffic Geyser Commission’.
Frank, Michael & Rocket say, “If you use 1shoppingcart.com and provide a recurring charge service you may already know about this issue.
On February 23, 1shoppingcart “upgraded” its affiliate module–supposedly to make it more robust and user friendly.
However, in the process of calculating your Traffic Geyser commission for February sales, we found a MAJOR BUG in the 1shoppingcart.com affiliate module upgrade.
We noticed you and our other affiliates were not receiving the commissions you should receive from recurring sales. We immediately notified 1shoppingcart.com support and are pushing them to correct the issue.
They will run a script to restore commissions from recurring sales but we don’t know when. As soon as it does, we will get your payment to you ASAP.
We are committed to paying you what you earn each month because we value the work you’ve done for us and Traffic Geyser. We will stay on top of this situation and notify you as soon as we are confident your commissions are accurate.
We are also committed to making sure you get paid for EACH and EVERY sale you refer to us. We have the data from previous months as well as current sales data so we can determine your commission manually if it comes to that. NO DATA HAS BEEN LOST. The bug is in how 1shoppingcart credits recurring sales to affiliates’ accounts.
Again, we will contact you as soon as we can with information about your February commission payment”.
