Yahoo! Personals, an online dating service, has partnered with Beliefnet.com, a spirituality media company and online community, to create a new community of spiritual online daters.

Yahoo! Personals will power Beliefnet’s Soulmatch dating site. Yahoo! will allow the Soulmatch customers to search the Yahoo! Personals database and sort matches by religious or spirituality preferences.

Yahoo! Personals and Beliefnet will form an online spiritual center for daters who prioritize spirituality and faith-based compatibility, according to Yahoo!.

Yahoo! will operate the new version of the Soulmatch service. The new Soulmatch dating site is available at soulmatch.personals.yahoo.com.
