Brulant, an online technology solutions provider, has acquired eMergent Marketing, a search engine marketing and usability firm located in Beachwood, Ohio.

With the eMergent’s acquisition, Brulant will have 275 employees. Brulant’s revenues will reach $45 million in revenue, according to eMergent.

Brulant will provide combined online marketing, managed services and outsourcing offerings. Brulant will continue to focus on the financial services, retail, consumer goods, healthcare and service industries.
