– 62% of online small business purchases are influenced by familiarity.

– One-half are influenced by comparison shopping.

– Travel holds 71% penetration in the small business shopping category.

– Categories that will benefit most from internet include advertising/marketing services, financial services, credit cards, vehicles and furniture.
