Goodmail Systems has partnered with TRUSTe. Companies who wish to use CertifiedEmail and are certified with TRUSTe’s Email Privacy Seal will get reduced Goodmail application fees.

Companies that want to be certified by TRUSTe Email Privacy Seal should provide consumer safeguards, including:
– Consumer consent to send commercial emails
– Disclosure about the nature of emails at the point of email collections
– An un-subscribe option in all commercial emails
– Companies must also include a complaint resolution process, and provide contact information.
– Companies should also provide a link to TRUSTe’s Watchdog site for third-party dispute solving.
