Instagram Reminders is a new feature for feed posts. When you add a reminder to your post, users can opt to receive a notification about the event or promotion you’ve highlighted in the content.

This feature appears to be available in the Instagram mobile app only. Native tools like Instagram desktop publishing, Creator Studio, and Facebook Business Suite don’t yet allow you to set up reminders.
