67% say content marketing is useful and valuable [survey]
A recently conducted Clutch survey has revealed several interesting facts about the content marketing segment. According to Clutch, content marketing affects three key factors in the customer journey; they are value, intent and action.
Here are the findings from the Clutch survey:
- 67% of people believe that content marketing is useful and valuable
- 55% people said they are likely to research a company after consuming content marketing
- 86% of the people said that they have purchased a product due to content marketing
- On the other hand 33% believe that content marketing is biased and unreliable
- But 73% people have purchased a product as a result of content marketing, despite thinking it has no value.
