The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will be applicable in the European Union from May 25, 2018. Several researches have revealed marketers’ hesitation as it comes to be prepared for the new law.

AWeber columnist Brandon Olson has shared five ways marketers can keem themselves ready for the GDPR.

The GDPR describes consent as “freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action”.
