AOL has announced the appointment of Ira Parker as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Randall Boe, AOL’s current General Counsel and EVP, will look after a new unit focused on how AOL interacts with consumers and protects their privacy, according to AOL.


AOL has announced the appointment of Ira Parker as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Randall Boe, AOL’s current General Counsel and EVP, will look after a new unit focused on how AOL interacts with consumers and protects their privacy, according to AOL.

Ira Parker has worked with Polaroid Corporation as Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer.

Randall Boe will report to Ted Leonsis, Vice Chairman of AOL, and Ira Parker will report to Jon Miller, Chairman and CEO of AOL.
