KOBACO has predicted that online advertising expenditure will grow 35% and reach 850 billion won in 2006.

The survey also found that search-based advertising have increased 48% to 320.2 won.
Ads on mobile devices like handsets increased 37.5% to 55 billion won while those on displays like at public train stations increased 13.3% to 302.8 billion won. But broadcasting ads fell 3.4% to 2.42 trillion won.
