Tucows, Internet services firm, has signed an agreement to buy Critical Path, interactive agency, for $8 million in cash.

Tucows will offer Critical Path’s Memova(TM) Messaging software as a hosted service.

Elliot Noss, President and CEO, said, “With this acquisition, Tucows becomes a leader in hosted email, especially hosted email for Internet service providers and Web hosting companies”.
