Ginny Marvin says, “According to IAB’s top line report issued today, U.S. digital ad revenues increased by 15 percent year-over-year in the third quarter of 2013 to hit $10.69 billion. The Q3 revenues represent an increase of 4.2 percent from Q2 2013, which came in at $10.26 billion.

After clearing roughly $20 billion in the first half of 2013, the Q3 numbers put digital ad spending in the U.S. on track to top $40 billion. In 2012, internet ad spending hit $36.6 billion, an increase of 15 percent over 2011“.
