The Artificial Intelligence (AI) is seen as a game changer as it has created new opportunities for the brands to stay connected with the customers and improve sales.
Forbes contributor Paul Talbot has shared three important things about the role of AI in marketing. Talbot shares some eye-opening information about the capabilities of AI and what marketers need to know about it.
Talbot says, “The ultimate usefulness of AI will probably not arrive with a single dazzling breakthrough, but as the development and refinement of specific algorithms gain critical mass.
“These days, marketing academics are working on questions such as product and logo development using machine learning,” says Yildirim. “These tools allow one to design, for example, a logo for a hotel which may want to give a perception of being ‘green,’ ‘comfortable,’ and ‘customer friendly,’ or a logo for a drink brand which wants to look ‘fresh,’ ‘delicious,’ and ‘healthy.’
“The basics of this decision are very intuitive and rely on our sub-conscious association to existing brands and products”.
