The Semrush team says, “ChatGPT’s traffic surged 976% globally, while many traditional Q&A sites faced sharp declines, signaling a shift in user preferences.

Traditional search engines like Google still dominate traffic, but ChatGPT has shown impressive growth, surpassing 10 million visits since April 2024.”
