NE-ON-ONE COACHING PROGRAMS BY CHRIS KING FOR YOU! WHAT’S YOUR STORY? LET ME HELP YOU WITH IT

I have been asked so many times if I offer coaching, I have decided to make my workshops global and custom designed to work one-on-one.

Many speakers, writers and marketers have asked me about how one creates a superb signature story. I now have a solution for you.

I have set up a service where I will work with you over the telephone on your story. We will meet twice for forty five minutes each time. I will send you a form to guide you in creating your story before the first meeting to give us a start.

By the end of the second “story session” you will be set with your own unique signature story. The total cost for a helpful questionnaire, a storytelling Special Report and the two telephone sessions is only $97.

If interested, e-mail me at chris@creativekeys.net with “My Signature Story” in the subject line. Or give me a call at (216) 991-8428

During aerobics classes, protect your joints, muscles and knees. I used to thrive on high impact aerobics – the more movement, jumping, turning, jogging and bouncing the better! And then one day my left knee started to hurt. It got so painful that it would wake me up in the middle of the night.

Fortunately, I was wise enough to realize that my high impact days should come to an end. I started working out on the step, which I now have been doing for more than twelve years, and feel that I get an effective, if not more effective, workout than before. But there is also a safety
warning here about step aerobics. Watch out for the quick turns, the crazy jumping on and off the step, and working on the balls of your feet.

Also choose a step height that is challenging but not too high. All can produce joint and knee problems. And be cautious about a class where the beat of the music is super fast, which can lead to incorrect form and is just asking for injury. In actuality, the slower we move, whether it is aerobically or during strength and resistance training, the better the workout. I know that it feels like we are working harder when we are jumping around, however, it takes more energy to move slowly without the benefit of the bounce.

(Note: if you notice that the instructor of a class you take or want to take is often suffering from an injury, beware. He or she may be using unsafe moves.)

Theme: EXERCISE

Creativity – The EXERCISE Challenge Answers the Creativity Challenge

Have you ever been grappling with a problem? You need to come up with a solution or a new idea – and fast. But your idea generator has shut down and just won’t cooperate. Well, I have the perfect solution. Take an EXERCISE break. Go outside and jog or take a brisk walk. If you belong to a gym, make a visit and take a fitness class, lift some weights or tread on a treadmill.

Your immediate reaction to my suggestion is probably, “Are you crazy? I have to get this challenge in hand. I don’t have time to go for a walk or a run, let alone visit the gym.” All I know is that when I am in the midst of a tough workout, I always come up with my best ideas.

There are two main reasons for this. First, the problem we are trying to solve has be relegated to our subconscious which keeps on working while we are working out. Without the stress of making an idea happen, we will generate more new solutions than we would ever think possible.

Second, as we move aerobically we start breathing harder and extra oxygen is pumped to the brain. Studies have proved that the extra oxygen helps us think more effectively. It can even help us to attain better test scores and improve memory. So, get moving! You will be smarter and more creative.

“Leave all the afternoon for EXERCISE and recreation, which are as necessary as reading. I will rather say more necessary because health is worth more than learning.” – Thomas Jefferson
