Baidu Q1 2007 Financial Results Summary

– Net income: $11.1 million (RMB85.5 million)

– The number of active online marketing customers reached 112,000

– Online marketing revenues: $35.6 million

– Revenue per online marketing customer: $323.7

– Traffic acquisition costs (TAC) as a component of cost of revenues: $3.7 million

– Bandwidth costs as a component of cost of revenues: $2.8 million

– Research and development expenses: $3.2 million

– Costs and expenses related to Japan operations: $1.5 million.

Baidu expects $48.9 million to $50.2 million revenue for the second quarter of 2007.
