Fox Interactive Media, a division of News Corp, has acquired Strategic Data Corporation, an interactive advertising technology company.

The technology of Strategic Data Corporation will enable Fox Interactive Media to deliver graphical performance-based advertising on Web pages across its network, according to FIM.
