Skype, the Internet communications company, and Symantec have partnered to deliver PC security solutions to small office and home office Skype users.
Skype, the Internet communications company, and Symantec have partnered to deliver PC security solutions to small office and home office Skype users.
Skype has announced that it will offer a special promotion to business users who click through Skype to download Norton Internet Security and other Symantec Norton branded products.
Symantec’s Norton Internet Security and Norton AntiVirus 2007 products are Skype Certified.
Norton Internet Security 2007 provides phishing protection, an enhanced firewall and defense against software vulnerabilities, according to Symantec.
Skype will also offer Symantec’s Norton branded products at a discount to retail prices on Skype online store.
