Sohu.com Q4 2006 Financial Results

– Brand advertising revenues – $22.0 million, up 30% year-on-year and 5% quarter-on-quarter

– Advertising revenues – $24.9 million, up 23% year-on-year and 4% quarter-on-quarter

– Non-advertising revenues – $9.4 million, up 1% year-on-year and down 18% quarter-on-quarter

– Total revenues – $34.4 million, up 16% year-on-year and down 3% quarter-on-quarter

– Non-GAAP net income – $8.1 million

– GAAP net income – $6.1 million.

Sohu.com Fiscal Year 2006 Financial Results

– Brand advertising revenues – $79.0 million, up 35% year-on-year

– Advertising revenues – $91.8 million, up 29% year-on-year

– Non-advertising revenues – $42.5 million, up 26% year-on-year

– Total revenues – $134.2 million, up 28% year-on-year

– Fiscal 2006 non-GAAP net income – $32.8 million

– Fiscal 2006 GAAP net income – $25.9 million.
