Skype has released the findings of its survey:

– Businesses users make up 30% of the Skype family

– 95% of 250 businesses said that Skype saved their money

– 80% said that Skype increased employee productivity

– Lewis & Hickey, a group of international architects, said that Skype saved up to 7.6 % on its standard call charges

– 62% of the businesses communicate better with customers on Skype.
