myYearbook.com, a social networking site for teens, has received $4.1 million in Series A funding from US Venture Partners and First Round Capital.

myYearbook.com will use the funds for developing technical infrastructure, sales, and product development, according to Geoff Cook, co-founder and CEO of myYearbook.com.

myYearbook.com has 1.7 million members and receives 5 million unique visitors per month.
