Mamma.com, a provider of Internet search and online advertising, has appointed Mr. Martin Bouchard, currently Executive Vice-President of the Company, as President & CEO.


Mamma.com, a provider of Internet search and online advertising, has appointed Mr. Martin Bouchard, currently Executive Vice-President of the Company, as President & CEO.

Mr. Guy Faur, Mamma.com’s current President & CEO has resigned, effective January 31, 2007, from his position.

Mr. Bouchard is the co-founder of Copernic. He joined Mamma.com following the acquisition of Copernic Technologies Inc. in December 2005.

David Goldman, Executive Chairman, Mamma.com, said: “Martin is an industry visionary who has shown outstanding industry leadership in the development of Copernic’s top-rated search tools and continues to spearhead development of the Company’s products for more efficiently accessing electronic information.
