MySpace Sues Colorado Man for Spamming
MySpace.com has sued Scott Richter, a Colorado based man, for accessing MySpace profiles using stolen passwords and using the information to send spam bulletins.
MySpace.com has sued Scott Richter, a Colorado based man, for accessing MySpace profiles using stolen passwords and using the information to send spam bulletins.
MySpace has claimed that Scott Richter and his companies sent junk messages to MySpace.com members.
Myspace has filed a lawsuit in US District Court in Los Angeles. MySpace has asked for damages and repayment of all profits gained as a result of the activity.
