Skype has launched ‘Skype Desktop Internet Phones’. The new Skype desktop Internet phones enable the consumers to call other Skype users, mobile phones or landlines via broadband Internet connections, without using computers, according to Skype.

Skype has announced two desktop Internet phones:
– IPEVO’s Solo.1
– TOPCOM’s Webt@lker 5000 with Skype.
Skype Desktop Internet Phones – Features
Key features of the Skype Desktop Internet Phones include:
– The Skype calling features are similar to Skype on computers
– Built-in Skype software and large 2.4-inch color screens
– Users can select, manage or add new contacts
– Free Skype-to-Skype calls
– In built SkypeOut and SkypeIn.
