The phishing emails have increased by 25% over the last year. 12 million computers around the world are now used for phishing schemes, illegal spamming, spreading pornography and stealing passwords and identities, according to a McAfee study.

McAfee Findings
Key findings of McAfee study include:
– The increasing use of Bluetooth and VoIP will lead to a new generation of phone hacking
– Cybercrime is increasing as the online offenders are rising almost to celebrity status within hacking communities
– Organized crime is now employing KGB-style tactics to find the next generation of hackers and malware authors
