IE7 has been released a couple of days ago… and is available for download now. It goes out with all downloads starting November 2006 Time will only tell whether honest business owners will be badly hurt by this or not.
As it is, the Beta version of IE7 has definitely affected the sales of some web owners. As you can imagine, having prospective customers faced with a notice that your site is a suspected phishing site and for them not to provide any personal information will dramatically affect your sales.

Being honest or legitimate has no bearing on this. A piece of software decides if you are dubious or not. Any one of 12 or so web tools can be used to black ban your site, or at the very least make your site look dirty and suspect.
