– Using search as a tool, branded search terms are most effective in driving leads

– Google delivered maximum referral volume to OEM branded sites

– Google generated more referrals to ‘Dealer Locators’ than any other search engine

– In Q2 2006, search generated 58% more referrals than portals

– Search generated 48% more referrals than third-party automotive sites.
