Many owners of web based businesses have heard about affiliate marketing, but are taking full advantage of this powerful marketing tool. Affiliate marketing just may be the best marketing strategy ever to come along in the history of the internet, and those who know how to choose and manage a network of affiliates can enjoy nearly unlimited potential for profit, maximizing their return on investment while minimizing their risk.

The owner of the web site on which the affiliate link appears is able to realize a percentage of each sale, or a set payment, so it is in his or her advantage to market those products aggressively.
