Accipiter Solutions, an online advertising technology provider, has acquired BidClix, an online advertising network.
Accipiter Solutions, an online advertising technology provider, has acquired BidClix, an online advertising network.
BidClix enables advertisers to place ads into highly targeted contextual channels, and sell advertising inventory to the highest bidder, according to Accipiter.
The BidClix Advertising Marketplace has 4,915 registered publishers and 13,846 registered advertisers. BidClix serves approximately 1.1 billion advertisements per month and reaches 25 million individual consumers in the U.S. and international markets, according to Accipiter.
BidClix employees will work with Accipiter for sales, business development and engineering.
