Bazaarvoice has launched “˜SyndicateVoice’, a new service to distribute customer ratings and review across the web.

SyndicateVoice service feeds customer ratings and reviews to the consumer portals and shopping comparison sites.

Retailers can place SyndicateVoice on their sites to extend the value of customer ratings and reviews. MSN, Pricerunner.com, and Smarter.com are using the SyndicateVoice network, according to Bazaarvoice.

Key features of SyndicateVoice include:

– “˜Forward Syndication: It aggregates the reviews from retailers into XML that contains relevant ratings and a review excerpt.

– Reverse Syndication: Provides product ratings and reviews from the SyndicateVoice Network via integrated XML.

– Opt-in Participation: Bazaarvoice clients own 100% of all ratings and review content generated from their customers’.
