Shop.com has appointed David Morrison as Chief Financial Officer and Julie Culver as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.


Shop.com has appointed David Morrison as Chief Financial Officer and Julie Culver as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.

Mr. Morrison has worked as Shop.com’s interim CFO since February 2006. He will be responsible for the company’s accounting and reporting, strategic planning and analysis, treasury, tax, audit and investor relations.

Ms. Culver has 20 years of experience practicing law in public and private sectors. She will be responsible for oversight of matters of corporate governance and record keeping. She will also drive the legal strategy for Shop.com.
