YouTube had 12.8 million unique visitors in the week ending July 16, 2006, compared to 7.3 million during the previous week.
Additional key findings include:
– YouTube was the fastest growing web brand from January to June 2006.
– YouTube’s unique audience numbers increased 297% in June 2006, compared to January.
– The number of web pages viewed on YouTube has increased 515% to 724 million in June, compared to 117.6 million in January.
– The average time spent on the website has increased 64% to 28 minutes, compared to 17 minutes in January.
– Men are 20% more likely to visit YouTube than women.
