The survey involved 203 commercial email messages across 6 market segments.

Key findings of the report include:

– 17.7% email marketers provide a subscription-administration center in each message

– 17.7% email marketers provide a site search function

– 25.1% email marketers provide a forward-to-a-friend link

– 27.1% email marketers provide a subscription link

– 40.4% email marketers provide a a telephone contact number

– 43.8% email marketers display the recipient’s email address

– 53.2% email marketers provide an email address for feedback or sender contact.
