Omnicom Group has acquired a majority stake in EVB, a San Francisco based advertising agency.

Omnicom Group is a global marketing and corporate communications company.

EVB provides digital marketing services to help clients develop long- term brand loyalty, according to Omnicom.

EVB has adidas and Kellogg as its clients.
