NetRatings filed a lawsuit against Sane Solutions on June 22, 2005. Netratings has agreed to dismiss its all legal claims against the company.
William Pulver, President and CEO of NetRatings, said: “This lawsuit was one of the five initial infringement actions filed by NetRatings in the spring of 2005 as part of the launch of our patent enforcement program,
We are very pleased to now have patent licensing arrangements in place with four of the five original defendants. We remain confident in the strength of our patent portfolio, the progress of our other infringement actions, and our overall strategy to protect our intellectual property, including our case against Coremetrics which is scheduled for trial in January 2007″.
