IAC Advertising Solutions and The Huffington Post have announced a partnership. IAC advertising Solutions will be the national sales force for The Huffington Post’s online advertising inventory, according to IAC.

IAC Advertising Solutions is a division of IAC Search and Media, an online advertising solutions provider.

The Huffington Post provides news, media commentary and a group blog with 700 contributors.

The alliance will take full advantage of each company’s strengths, according to IAC.

Sarah Bernard, General Manager at Huffington Post, said: “IAC Advertising Solution’s strong market relationships and proven ability to drive revenue for many of IAC’s own category-leading properties will allow us to ramp up The Huffington Post’s profile in the marketplace and increase our on-the-street presence virtually overnight”.
