The engine allows webmasters to list their domains under their own keywords and key phrases that describe their websites.

Opn.com does not base its searches on link popularity.

To use the service, webmasters need to submit a list of URLs that will be scanned by 0pn Skeleton Crawler. Only then will they be included in the results database.
