In Q1 of 2006 the average number of active keywords receiving one click or conversion per month / per campaign has grown by 36%, according to a report by DoubleClick.
In Q1 of 2006 the average number of active keywords receiving one click or conversion per month / per campaign has grown by 36%, according to a report by DoubleClick.
Key findings of DoubleClick include:
– The total number of clicks has risen by 24%
– Compared to Q4 of 2005, the total number of active keywords per campaign also increased
– The cost of both keywords and clicks dropped in the first quarter
– Year-over-year growth in the number of active keywords is between 30% and 40%
– Cost of clicks and keywords dropped in the first quarter
– Campaign size has grown 36% over last year based on active keywords.
