Panda Sotware has warned of Browsezilla. Browsezilla is a web browser that installs malware on a user’s computer.

According to Panda Software, the web browser infects computers with PicsPalace, an adware.

The browser generates fictitious hits on websites through the users. The owners of the websites receive traffic and more income. Part of the income would be paid to the creators of Browsezilla.

The official webpage of the browser offers an internet search service. When a user tries to perform a search on the website, they are directed to a page that advices them to install the browser in order to obtain the requested information.
