IPG’s Emerging Media Lab has launched User Generated Content Practice. The new practice is aimed at helping clients understand blog, video-sharing services and podcasts.
IPG’s Emerging Media Lab has launched User Generated Content Practice. The new practice is aimed at helping clients understand blog, video-sharing services and podcasts.
The new group will conduct research to understand the user-generated content.
According to an initial study conducted, 86% of users who create video are male.
72% of users who create video are under 25 years of age.
In regard to advertising, 25% said they have already made brand-focused content. 32% said they would be willing to make brand-focused content.
The new group will be led by Brian Monahan, director of IPG Emerging Media Lab.
