Come&Stay is going to acquire RelationServe Access. RelationServe will be renamed SendTec.

Come&Stay is a European provider of email advertising solutions. Come&Stay has operations in France and the UK.

SendTech is a provider of integrated and technology-based services for multi-channel marketers. SendTech’s services include SEM, online pay-for-performance media and direct response television advertising.
