E-Commerce University has launched diploma programs in India. The university will also offer diploma courses in internet search law and offshore ecommerce law.

The internet search law program offers coursework on legal approaches to the internet, including nationally and internationally. The program also offers information on legal issues regarding the operations of search engine sites.

The offshore ecommerce law program offers coursework on issues, including:

– ecommerce business structure

– tax

– impact of legislation on offshore ecommerce business

The E-Commerce University offers courses in internet law, cyber crime and online torts, ecommerce tax and offshore ecommerce.
