With Google U.S. Government Search, people can search across content on official federal, state and local government sites from a single search box.

The site will also provide news about the White House, Department of Defense, The Washington Post, and Google News.

Users can customize the layout of Google U.S. Government Search website and add content to the site from any other directory. Also, News from other websites can be added using RSS feeds.

Google U.S. Government Search is the newest Google search product for government agencies, according to Google.
