40% of marketers spend 26% of their marketing budgets online, according to the Online Marketing Show Survey. 14% spend over three quarters of their budget online.
40% of marketers spend 26% of their marketing budgets online, according to the Online Marketing Show Survey. 14% spend over three quarters of their budget online.
Other key findings include:
– 27% marketers spend 10% or less on online marketing, compared to 56% in 2005.
– 40% of the respondents said they plan to use a digital agency within the next 12 months.
– 17% considered mobile marketing is a key growth area in online marketing, compared to 13% in 2005.
– 24% considered email as a key growth area.
– 23% considered search as key growth area.
– 19% considered SEO as a key growth area.
– 6% considered iTV as a key growth area, compared to 7% in 2005.
The survey was taken prior to the Online Marketing Show (OMS). The event will take place on 7-8 June, 2006 at the Royal Horticulture Halls, Westminster.
