61% of VOIP users expressed satisfaction, according to a study by SupportSoft. 31% of cable VOIP users said they had to call a technician home within 90 days of the initial service installation.

16% had a technician visit their home more 2 or more times.

80% of cable VOIP customers surveyed said they receive their broadband service from their cable provider.

29% of the respondents said their main problem with their VOIP service is recurring quality. 24% said their main concern is reliability problems.

Out of the 39% who said they have problems, 59% said the most common problem is that their voice transmission was hard to understand.
