McCarthy says, “How will our use of video expand in a world like this?

Here’s one example of a use of video I think we can expect to see a lot more of: detailed customer service videos.

I don’t know the company and I don’t know anything about the quality of their service, but if I were in the market for what they offer, this web hosting company would go to the top of my list”. [source]
