ThinkPartnership to Acquire iLead
ThinkPartnership is going to acquire iLead Media. iLead will become a wholly owned subsidiary of ThinkPartnership.
ThinkPartnership is going to acquire iLead Media. iLead will become a wholly owned subsidiary of ThinkPartnership. iLead Media is a provider of online sales lead generation services.
ThinkPartnership will pay iLead shareholders $9, 206, 720 in cash and issue 4,649,859 shares of the company’s common stock.

ThinkPartnership has also completed acquisition of Web Diversity. Web Diversity is a provider of paid search management and organic search services. Web Diversity is based in London, but also plans to open an office in Hong Kong.
ThinkPartnership paid $1 million in cash and 500,000 unregistered shares of the company’s common stock for all the outstanding capital stock of Web Diversity.
